मधुराष्ट्कम ....!

    अधरं मधुरं वदनं मधुरं नयनं मधुरं हसितं मधुरं ।
   हृदयं मधुरं गमनं मधुरं मधुराधिपतेरखिलं मधुरं ॥१॥ 
 “His lips are sweet; His face is sweet;His eyes are sweet; His smile is sweet:His Heart is sweet; His gait is sweet;Every single thing about the Lord of Mathura is completely sweet!  
वचनं मधुरं चरितं मधुरं वसनं मधुरं वलितं मधुरं ।
चलितं मधुरं भ्रमितं मधुरं मधुराधिपतेरखिलं मधुरं ॥२
  “His words are sweet; His acts are sweet; His dress is sweet; His posture is sweet. His walk is sweet, and His wanderings are sweet. Every single thing about the Lord of Mathura is completely sweet!”
वेणुर्मधुरो रेणुर्मधुरः पाणिर्मधुरः पादौ मधुरौ ।
नृत्यं मधुरं सख्यं मधुरं मधुराधिपतेरखिलं मधुरं ॥३
“His flute is sweet; the dust of His lotus feet is sweet.His hands are sweet; His feet are sweet. His dancing is sweet;His friendship is sweet. Everything about the Supreme Lord of sweetness is sweet.”
 गीतं धुरं पीतं मधुरं भुक्तं मधुरं सुप्तं मधुरं ।
रूपं मधुरं तिलकं मधुरं मधुराधिपतेरखिलं मधुरं ॥४
“His song is sweet, His drinking is sweet; His eating is sweet, His sleeping is sweet. His beauty is sweet, His Tilaka is sweet. Everything about the Lord is completely sweet.” 
करणं मधुरं तरणं मधुरं हरणं मधुरं स्मरणं मधुरं ।
वमितं मधुरं शमितं मधुरं मधुराधिपतेरखिलं मधुरं ॥५
  “His acts are sweet, His delivering is sweet,His stealing is sweet, His enjoyment is sweet.His heartfelt outpourings are sweet, His peace is sweet. Everything about the Supreme Lord is fully sweet.” 
गुंजा मधुरा माला मधुरा यमुना मधुरा वीची मधुरा ।
सलिलं मधुरं कमलं मधुरं मधुराधिपतेरखिलं मधुरं ॥६
“His Gunja necklace is sweet, as is His garland.His Yamuna River is sweet,her waves are sweet, and her waters are sweet. The lotus flowers are also sweet.Everything is completely sweet about the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the Lord of sweetness.”
 गोपी मधुरा लीला मधुरा युक्तं मधुरं मुक्तं मधुरं ।
दृष्टं मधुरं शिष्टं मधुरं मधुराधिपतेरखिलं मधुरं ॥७
  “His foremost devotees, the Gopis, are sweet. His pastimes are sweet.Meeting with Him is sweet. Being enjoyed by Him is sweet. Being noticed(seen) by Him is sweet. His character is sweet. Simply everything about the Lord of sweetness is all-sweet.”
गोपा मधुरा गावो मधुरा यष्टिर्मधुरा सृष्टिर्मधुरा ।
दलितं मधुरं फलितं मधुरं मधुराधिपतेरखिलं मधुरं ॥८
  “His cowherd friends are sweet; His cows are sweet.His cane is sweet; His creation is sweet, His destruction is sweet, and His fruition is sweet. Everything about the Supreme Lord is totally sweet.”.

अर्चिरादि मार्ग

प्राणियों केलिए वर्त्तमान शरीर को त्याग कर इस लोक से परलोक में जाने के, वेदों में  दो मार्ग बताये हाय हैं - एक देवयान और दूसरा पितृयान।  देवयान मार्ग शुक्ल और दीप्तिमय हैं तो , पितृयान कृष्ण और  अन्धकारमय हैं।  इसीका गीता में भी प्रतिपादन किया गया हैं :- शुक्लकृष्णे गती ह्येते जगतः शाश्वते मते । एकया यात्यनावृत्तिमन्ययावर्तते पुनः ॥ ८.२६ ॥ क्योंकि शुक्ल और कृष्ण – ये दोनों गतियाँ अनादिकालसे जगत् – (प्राणिमात्र) के साथ (सम्बन्ध रखनेवाली) मानी गयी हैं । इनमें से एक गति में जानेवाले को लौटना नहीं पड़ता और दूसरी गति में जानेवाले को पुनः लौटना पड़ता है । (८.२६) शुक्ल अधवा देवयान को अनावृत्ति ( मुक्ति) मार्ग और कृष्ण ( पितृयान )को पुनरावृत्ति मार्ग बताया गया हैं।  इस मुक्ति मार्ग को ही अर्चिरादि मार्ग कहते हैं।  अर्चि अग्नि को कहते हैं जो प्रकाश कारक हैं।  अर्चिरहः सितः पक्ष उत्तरायण वत्सरो। मरुद्रवीन्दवो विद्युद्वरुणेंद्र चतुर्मुखाः। । एते द्वादश धीराणां परधामा वाहिकाः। वैकुण्ठ प्रापिका विद्युद्वरुणा देस्त्वनुग्रहे।।   ब्रह्मज्ञानी मुक्त जन अर्चिरादि मार्ग द्वारा परमधाम जाते है

Shabarimala..-Swami Sharanam means ‘the only hope is Ayyappa.

Certain things in life are inherited from the traditions followed since ages without even they being written anywhere but passed on from generations to generations by following and practicing what is deemed right and religious ....Shabarimala Temple visit also not an exception.... Ayappa is celibate so that he can focus on answering the prayers of his devotees. And he will remain celibate till the day any malikappurathamas (first-time girl child devotees) stop coming to Sabarimala. So women aged between 10 and 50 (menstrual age) are not allowed in this shrine .As we know , all over India Hindu ladies during their menstruation period ,normally'll not visit any temple .
